Purchase Information

• Subscription or lifetime purchase status (processed via Apple In-App Purchases and RevenueCat)

We do not receive or store payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the App
• Authenticate users
• Store and retrieve conversation history
• Improve performance and reliability
• Provide AI-generated homework assistance
• Manage subscriptions and purchases
• Send push notifications related to homework reminders

We do not sell personal data.

4. AI Processing

Homework Helper+ uses the Claude AI model via a third-party API provider to generate responses.

• User-submitted content is securely transmitted to the AI provider
• AI model training on user data is disabled
• Conversations are stored securely in our database (Supabase) until deleted

Users may delete individual conversations or their entire account at any time.

5. Data Storage & Retention

Account and conversation data are stored securely using Supabase infrastructure.

Data is retained until:

• The user deletes a conversation
• The user deletes their account
• A valid deletion request is submitted via email

When an account is deleted, associated personal data is permanently removed from active systems.

6. Children’s Privacy

Homework Helper+ may be used by children.

We collect only the information necessary to operate the App, such as name, email address, and user-submitted content.

• We do not display behavioural advertising
• We do not sell children's data
• We do not knowingly use children’s data for profiling or marketing

Parents or guardians may request access to or deletion of their child’s information by contacting us at jlmobilestudios@gmail.com.

If we learn that we have collected information in violation of applicable child protection laws, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

7. Legal Basis (UK & EU Users)

Under UK GDPR, we process personal data based on:
